Shelly & Simon

On Saturday I photographed the wedding of Shelly and Simon who travelled up from London to get married a stones throw away from Shelly's parents home in Mellor. It was then just a short hop across the road to the superb Stanley House Hotel



This was a great wedding to photograph as there was no brief, well the brief was ''Just do what you do'' That really is the way I like to work. With only three or four formal pictures all day I had the luxury of just looking for images.

Shelly must have the most infectious smile I have seen for a long time, she just never stopped all day. It was a pleasure to work with such a happy couple.

The day started out with some rain as seems to be the norm these days but by the time we all started to arrive at church the rain had stopped and we were blessed with some stunning light. I had a great time at this wedding thanks guys!!
