Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral

I spent all day on Wednesday working on an architectural assignment in Liverpool. As is the case with this type of work a lot of time is spent just waiting for the light!! So I found my self on a fantastic sunny day sat on the the steps of the cathedral, coffee in one hand and the D3x with a 14-24mm lens on the tripod to good a chance to miss so here are a few images captured in my lunch break.
