The day before we left for Portugal we photographed the wedding of John & Dawn. The wedding was held at the superb Bartle Hall venue and despite some rain everybody had a great time.

This was the first wedding I shot using the new Nikon D3. It has had a few trips out before but this time it flew solo!! What a stunning camera and I must say despite the problems getting nikon lenses at present we are getting on very well.
The D3 will change the way I shoot at weddings and I will post some more details in the next few weeks once I have settled on a lens system and fully understand the advantages of the Nikon flash system.
